ABOUT EBEN LE ROUX 

I have been competing in strength sports since the late 90's, competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting for a few years until I started strongman training in 2000, competed in National level competitions, up to date I have competed in 9 International competitions with the best in the world including WORLD STRONGEST MAN. I currently hold the SOUTHERN HEMOSPHERES STRONGEST MAN title as well as AUS STRONGEST MAN. 

 

ACHIEVEMENTS 

  • 2015 Strongest Man in the Southern Hemishere in March 

  • 2015 Won Australia's Strongest Man in March 

  • 2014 Pulled a 400kg ''equipped" deadlift record at the "Giants live" competition in Melbourne 

  • 2014 Competed in World's Strongest Man 

  • 2012 Competed in World's Strongest Man 

  • 2000 Competing in Strongman Competitions onwards 

  • Represented Australia in 7 international competitions 

  • Had the Raw Deadlift Record of 350kg

SHORT TERM GOALS 

Gain more body weight in muscle mass, that will help my lifts get bigger. 

 

LONG TERM GOALS 

Get Stronger with over head events.
